LIGHTS OUT IN LINCOLNWOOD is a dark comedy that follows a family of four in suburban New Jersey who have to navigate the sudden collapse of our entire technological infrastructure: no electricity, no cell phones, no laptops, no TV, no cars, no running water…and no explanation for why it all happened.
It’s a story about the fragility of modern life, problem drinking, and the thorny ethical question of how bad things have to get before it’s okay to loot your local Whole Foods.
This is my first novel for adults.
It is DEFINITELY NOT for kids.
Seriously, kids: don’t read this book. It is full of large words and adult situations.
